Shipping Rates offers free shipping on all orders over N200,000 delivered by our shipping Vehicles within 2 days in Lagos and 5 Working days outside Lagos. Free shipping offer does not apply to outside Lagos Orders regardless of the amount. has tried to make its shipping and handling prices and policies as fair as possible, so you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to your door.


If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Estimated Shipment Times


If your order is received before 12 P.M, you can expect items specifically marked as IN STOCK on the product page to ship within 1 business day.

During holidays, any orders received will not be processed until the next business day. Items not specifically marked as IN STOCK are either out of stock or located in a warehouse that doesn’t provide a live inventory feed. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to see if your products will ship in a suitable time frame.

Where can I have my order shipped?


We ship anywhere within Nigeria and Ghana. If you have a different address, call us at +2348079584848 to place and order and obtain a custom shipping quote.


Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 7 days of receipt. Items returned between 7 and 14 days after receipt will only qualify for a store credit. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.


To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

  • Must be in resalable condition

  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects

  • Must not have been installed

  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging

  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging

  • Must not be missing pieces

  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Restocking Fees

In most cases, restocking fees are not charged. 

Defective Returns

You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.



To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

  • Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed 

  • Incorrect item was received are not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.
